Dr. Barakat also made another visit to our embassy in New Delhi where he met our students explaining to them that
nowadays is going through an important stage of development under the wise leadership of President Bashar Al-Assad. He told them that they should make every effort to reach excellence because the government is trying to overcome all the difficulties facing their way to reach academic execllence. Then, Dr. Barakat answered all the questions raised by our students in a meeting of extremely warm and domestic atmosphere.
